Sounds like you had a wonderful time.
I have been busy too - I just finished for the evening.
I have never been to San Francisco but close - Yosemite and Salinas.
You make it sound very inviting.
You paint nice pictures..
Usually when I go to the West Coast I hang out with Andy In LA.

I have always wanted to drive up PC 1 starting in San Diego (A place I love) and traveling north along the entire coast.
I love road trips.
In 16 months during 2005 – 6 I made 11 trips to LA.
Almost always driving straight through – 21 hours.
The key is plenty of cold drinking water – Starbucks Ice Mochas, sunflower seeds and almonds. Skipping the heavy meals – they make you sleepy.
Across the desert at night at 80 and 90 it was so surreal.. Almost as if I was in a space ship - it was wild.
Also it’s nice to sometimes take time and do the tourist thing all along the interstate…
See the natural wonders of the desert..

About the lake - I didn’t have a camera with me.
It would have been nice.
Today I took some more pix of my Forest Flowers – Spring has so much arrived - I love it.

SF Clam Chowder sounds so good..

Its nice to hear from you.
I am happy that you are doing well.
The seasons are pretty right on here.
Easter usually marks the last cold day.
Today its tee shirts and cutoffs.
Each day brings more green and more flowers..
I love it.
The other night (at 2 in the morning) I was driving home and passed a nearby lake - I just had to stop. It was like a mirror the city lights and even the stars reflected...
Okla. is usually windy (Can you hear my wind chimes? LOL) but the other night it was still and beautiful.
It was breathtaking to see that big lake look like a mirror.

Flowers - I love um too...Must have gotten that from my mom.
I still have her African violets growing - they are deep purple.
I actually potted some new ones this year...

I am so enjoying every day - I love it.

You make complete sense.
You say you feel like you the wisdom of an older woman in a young woman’s body.
Certainly you are very intelligent and quite wise for your years.

That line made me starting thinking about age and time.

Time –
It’s a difficult concept but I believe –
That in the real plane of existence there is no time and travel occurs at the speed of thought.
So that leads one to believe that if travel is relative that time must be too – both are human measurements.

Most of my friends disagree but I think we are all ancient souls.
That we have been here from the moment that everything came into existence.
I hate to use the word beginning for again it implies something that is limiting..

Through this continuum that we share - call time - Some people have been foolish and others - such as yourself become very wise.
So you are 32 Earth years old - 32 times the earth has circled the sun.
But how would we measure our age it if we were on another planet with a different solar year?

There is evidence that earth has been inhabited by civilizations that where much more advanced than us.
Could the wisdom that we have obtained have came from dozens of life’s that we lived before? That may explain why kids who are 12 years old are going for their master degrees. I know it sounds like reincarnation but it is not - at least not in the traditional sense..

I must think more about this.
I like the way you always initiate subjects – it makes me ponder the secrets of the universe. LOL

You asked about the lady - She has been a friend of friend and I have known her for a couple of years. But not close and not romantically.. Another red flag is the she had a clear agenda…
You ask if will go out with her again – she wants to but I don’t think so – its the agenda thing again..

I do agree with you its natural for the heart to seek love and when you add loneness then it becomes easy for feelings to be mistaken for love.
Infatuation is like fast food…
Love is totally different..

There are many people who are afraid to be alone – To be alone doesn’t not necessary equate to loneness…

I value my freedom too much to give it to someone who doesn’t deserve it..
I enjoy my life – I do desire a companion but it’s not like buying a car…
It’s total commitment - its investing one’s life into someone who is very special….
Giving everything - while still retaining one’s individuality..

When true love occurs I think there are really no limits on it. The love itself keeps each person from hurting the other. However the understanding of one another’s desires are can only be derived by free and pure communication.
Because communication occurs at so many levels it’s imperative that it occurs frequently without interruptions. I.e. flip the off switch on all of the detractions and really listen to the other one’s heart.

You are a very intelligent lady and I do enjoy conversing with you.
I love your “The most wonderful of all things” it is so true..

Now I will be pondering the meaning and the workings of the concept of time… LOL
