Old Friends 4 Sale

Lately, my so-called "friends" and i have been struggling to continue to be associates. many of them are graduates of very prestigious film schools in los angeles. Most of them are accomplished screenwriters, meaning they've written five or more scripts some were actually realized as completed films, that have had their day in the theater. Some aren't so gifted, but are just as opinionated.

i'm finding it difficult to show or persuade them to get on the web series express train. i never imagined how difficult it would be to suggest to an artist --to think differently about empowering themselves, embark on a Demorcratic way of creating visual art. STOP WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY NO! Almost all of them are still stuck in an archaic 1990's view of how to create work for themselves. Don't get me wrong, i'm down with indie films, blockbusters, thrillers, dramas & suspense as much as the next actor. I recognize its called showBIZ for a reason.

But a web series is kinda money...! For very little money...creating remarkable HD quality content online, allowing users to interact, engage, participate and blog, vblog about the storyline and just communicate ideas, personal stories in general forums, chat rooms etc., show the numbers to ad execs (the money guys) and see where the cards fall. Content is King!

I guess I'm just going to have to show them what's in store for "Boyfriends & Girlfriends" , but for now they're just "Old Friends 4 Sale"
